Doctor Graphics provides creative design and digital services, with a primary focus on branding and packaging design. Every project is based on an agreed scope that outlines the required deliverables, timeline, pricing, revisions, and other project requirements. Any request outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
Project pricing is confirmed through a proposal, quotation, or invoice. A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins. Remaining payments will follow the agreed payment schedule. Doctor Graphics may pause work or withhold final deliverables if outstanding payments remain unpaid. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
The number of included revisions will be stated in the project proposal. Revisions refer to reasonable changes to an existing concept. A completely new direction, additional concepts, or major changes after approval may be considered additional work. Once a design or deliverable has been approved, further significant changes may incur additional charges.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, brand assets, product details, images, references, and feedback required for the project. The Client must ensure that any materials supplied to Doctor Graphics are legally permitted for use. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or delayed approvals may affect the agreed project timeline.
Until full payment has been received, all concepts and project materials remain the property of Doctor Graphics. After full payment, the Client receives ownership or the agreed usage rights to the final approved deliverables. Unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, working materials, templates, and proprietary resources remain the property of Doctor Graphics unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable or source files are provided only when included in the agreed project scope. Final artwork does not automatically include working files such as editable design files or internal production files.
Doctor Graphics may use licensed third-party assets, software, stock resources, and AI-assisted tools where appropriate. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Because AI tools and other third-party platforms are outside our direct control, Doctor Graphics cannot guarantee that AI-assisted elements are completely unique or free from similarities to other generated content.
For packaging projects, Doctor Graphics is responsible for the agreed design deliverables. Unless specifically included, printing, manufacturing, material sourcing, physical production, shipping, and supplier-related services are not included. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork, dimensions, copy, product information, barcodes, legal requirements, and other production details before final delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Doctor Graphics may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and case studies. We will respect confidential information and any applicable NDA or confidentiality agreement.
Because our projects involve reserved creative time and resources, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client remains responsible for work completed and any approved third-party costs incurred. Specific cancellation or refund terms agreed in a project proposal will take precedence.
Doctor Graphics will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services according to the agreed scope. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, revenue, market performance, or customer response. Doctor Graphics will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
Doctor Graphics may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. For project-specific matters, the terms stated in the approved proposal or written agreement will apply where they differ from these general Terms & Conditions.
